At Two Summers, we are proudly owned and led by two experienced registered nurses with extensive expertise in disability care. Their deep understanding of the complexities of disability support ensures that our services are not only of the highest quality, but are also tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our founders’ extensive backgrounds in nursing ensure that our services are delivered with the highest standards of care and professionalism. Director-Kelly Spooner
Kelly is a Clinical Nurse Consultant with a Postgraduate qualification in Diabetes Education and Management. With over a decade of clinical experience spanning various healthcare settings, Kelly has developed a comprehensive skill set in managing complex health needs.
Kelly’s transition into the NDIS sector was a natural progression, leveraging her extensive clinical background to support individuals within the community. Her experience includes serving as a Support Coordinator and facilitating connections between families and support workers at Two Summers.
Combining her expertise in both hospital and community settings with her in-depth knowledge of the NDIS, Kelly is dedicated to helping families find and connect with the most suitable support teams. She takes pride in her ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.
Director- Jasmine McManus
Jasmine is a Registered Nurse with a Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care, bringing a decade of experience as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the hospital system.
A local resident of the Sutherland Shire, Jasmine has deep roots in the community, where she lives with her young family.
Jasmine’s journey into the NDIS sector was inspired by her personal experience with her son’s NDIS journey. Witnessing the positive impact of the NDIS on her son’s life has been a significant achievement and motivation for her.

Operations Manager – Todd Inglis
Meet Todd, our Operations Team Leader! With an impressive 25 years of experience in the disability sector, Todd brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership and heart to Two Summers. He’s the quiet force making sure everything runs like clockwork, whether he’s out and about visiting sites or behind the scenes coordinating our Team Leaders.
Todd’s focus is simple: ensuring every participant receives tailor-made, seamless support. His deep understanding of the sector, combined with his hands-on approach and unwavering commitment to quality care, inspires confidence in our staff and families alike.
Passionate about empowering both clients and colleagues, Todd is the kind of leader who lifts everyone around him, bringing calm, clarity, and a touch of good humour to every challenge.
Operations Coordinator – Liam Clark
Meet Liam, a dedicated and solutions-focused Operations Coordinator with experience across disability support, workforce planning, team leadership, property management, and community services.
Having worked as a Case Manager, Team Leader, Workforce Planner, and Property Manager, Liam brings a strong understanding of operational coordination, service delivery, and supporting teams in fast-paced environments. He also has experience working within the DCJ sector, supporting individuals with diverse and complex needs.
Known for his approachable nature and strong problem-solving skills, Liam is passionate about creating efficient systems, building positive relationships, and delivering high-quality outcomes for both teams and participants.
Compliance Coordinator – Rachel Shoemark
Introducing Rachel, our valued Operations Manager at Two Summers, with an impressive 25-year background in Nursing spanning diverse fields including aged care, cardiac/respiratory, and community nursing.
Transitioning into the NDIS industry just six months ago, Rachel brings a wealth of hands-on experience and local community insight to her leadership position.
As a mother of four children and a long-term resident of the local community, Rachel’s personal and professional journey uniquely equips her to excel in her role. At Two Summers, she oversees operations, risk management, service delivery, setting the benchmark for standards, values, and practices aligned with our organisation’s vision and purpose.
Rachel’s commitment to excellence extends to participant onboarding, where she ensures a safe and professional environment for new participants. By collaborating closely with them, she tailors services to their specific needs, ensuring the right support, worker-client match and delivering the highest standard of care.
With a focus on stakeholder communication and empathy, Rachel fosters positive relationships with employees, participants, families, and suppliers. With Rachel’s extensive understanding of disability service delivery and a wide-ranging professional network, she ensures that Two Summers remains at the forefront of participant-centric support and exceeding stakeholder expectations.
Workforce Planning Coordinator- Bianca Bewert
Bianca’s journey with NDIS began as a support worker, where she dedicated herself to creating meaningful experiences with her clients at home and in the community.
After navigating her own experience with a rotating roster with her clients for 2 years, Bianca transitioned into the role of Workforce Planner. Bianca now oversees the Two Summers team, ensuring a high level of care is delivered consistently through the roster.
One of Bianca’s strengths lies in her ability to establish strong relationships with the clients and their families and enjoys communicating with Two Summers participants and their families to ensure their weekly rostering needs are met.
With Bianca’s hands-on experience in the NDIS, she has obtained a practical understanding of each client’s requirements and ensures that the appropriate staff members are available to cater to those needs effectively.
Senior Team Leader – Melissa Mesar
Meet Melissa, our Case Manager at Two Summers, whose journey from a seasoned chef and restaurant manager to a caring advocate for individuals with disabilities reflects her unwavering commitment to making a difference. With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry and as a devoted mother of two, Melissa brings a unique blend of skills and compassion to her role.
Driven by her desire to support others in achieving their goals, Melissa embarked on her NDIS journey with a clear purpose: to utilise her expertise and life skills to empower individuals and foster independence. Drawing from her time management abilities, patience and innate compassion, Melissa ensures that each client feels supported and nurtured as they navigate their journey with Two Summers.
Melissa is responsible for assessing client needs, developing personalised support plans, coordinating services, and advocating for clients within the community. With her unwavering dedication, Melissa embodies the values of Two Summers, striving to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the participants she managers, one goal at a time.
Becky Darbyshire – Team Leader
Meet Becky, with her warm smile and unparalleled dedication, Becky ensures that our operations run seamlessly.
Becky pulls on her experience from working in Aged Care for 3 years where she assisted with daily activities and personal care. Becky found great fulfillment in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This has allowed a smooth transition into the Two Summers office where she draws upon her experience in the field.
Beyond her impressive organisational skills, Becky is known for her kindness and approachability. She is always ready to lend a helping hand and greet everyone with a friendly demeanour that brightens our office environment.
In her role, Becky manages everything from scheduling appointments to coordinating resources, ensures that our clients receive the support they need when they need it most. Beckys commitment to excellence and unwavering support make her an invaluable part of our team.
Team Leader – Alana Kinerson
Meet Alana Kinerson – Alana brings five years of valuable experience in the disability sector to her role as Team Leader at Two Summers. Having started as a Support Worker, Alana has developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of individuals across various areas of care, working with a diverse range of clients throughout her career. This hands-on experience has equipped her with the skills to deliver exceptional, person-centred support in a variety of settings.
Alana’s strength lies in her ability to communicate effectively, fostering strong relationships with both her team and the participants she supports. Her excellent communication skills help ensure that the needs of participants are always at the forefront, and that collaboration between staff, families and participants is seamless and productive.
As a Team Leader, Alana is excited to continue her journey with Two Summers, where she looks forward to contributing her expertise and working alongside the team to achieve excellence in care delivery. Mya Murphy – Team Leader
You will see Mya’s happy face the minute you walk into our office! Mya has worked with Two Summers as a Support Worker for the past two and a half years, and has now stepped into the office to run our front office.
Mya loves working in the disability sector, and brings a bubbly, positive energy to the team. Whether she’s working directly with clients or behind the scenes, she is always happy to lend a hand and create a friendly, welcoming environment.
She works hard to ensure all new employees are onboarded with all of their necessary documentation, and enjoys running inductions for new Two Summers team members. Mya loves visitors, so please feel free to come into the office for a chat!
Team Leader – Olivia Franklin
Olivia is a dedicated Team Leader at Two Summers, known for her bubbly and approachable nature and ability to build genuine connections with those around her. She brings a well-rounded understanding of the disability sector, allowing her to confidently support both participants and her team in a thoughtful and person-centred way.

Jacob oversees payroll and invoicing processes.
With a background in healthcare finance, Jacob understands the unique challenges and opportunities of our industry. As such, I am adept at navigating the rules and regulations set out by the NDIS.
Prior to joining Two Summers, Jacob navigated accounts in diverse industries ranging from retail to construction. Jacob’s goal is to optimize our financial systems, empowering our team to focus on what matters most—providing exceptional care to our patients.
When not balancing the books, you can find Jacob taking time out with family, or finishing his law degree.
